A short list of private drivers — one by one, not as an aggregator, not as a marketplace. Each driver appears with a name, the city or cities they work in, languages spoken, vehicle, contact method, and the reason I vouch for them in first person.

The reason this page ships empty today is the same reason it does not ship full of blank cards: I have not written the profiles yet. The first builds showed four empty cards with bracketed placeholder fields — driver name, languages, vehicle, contact. That is wrong. A page that publishes a field with no value publishes a lie. The promise today is what will appear here, not a placeholder with a variable name.

Scope stays as the founder set it from the beginning: drivers for moving between Puebla, Cholula, and Mexico City. That does not change. The difference from the food section is that drivers do cover the three cities — the driver scope is wider than the food scope on purpose, because a driver takes you between cities and a restaurant does not.

When the page is filled, drivers pass six filters in this order. All six must hold — not most of them.

They live here. Not an app driver who comes in from outside on weekends. They live in Puebla, Cholula, or Mexico City. They know the potholes on the Recta, they know when there is a march in the centre, they know which cut to take when the Periférico is closed.

I have ridden with them. Not a screenshot, not a Facebook recommendation. I have sat in the back seat. I have watched them drive, watched them handle people, watched them solve a problem on the fly. If I have not ridden with them, they are not on the list.

The car is in condition. Clean, valid insurance, working air conditioning. Not a luxury requirement — a dignity requirement.

They arrive on time and call if they cannot. If they said eight, they are there at eight. And if something goes wrong, they call. That should be obvious. It is not. That is why it is written.

They know the restaurants we recommend and do not charge extra to drive you there. If you ask about a place on this page, they know what you mean — and they drive you without a surcharge. The commercial arrangement, if any, is declared in another section. What matters here is that the recommendation is honest.

I would use them with my family. The last filter. If I would not use them with my mother or my children on a Sunday afternoon, I do not vouch.

If a driver fails one of these — late twice without calling, the car deteriorates, a serious complaint arrives — they come off. And a new driver comes on after I have ridden with them at least three times on different routes.
